Cancel my contract

Because every Rue du Paradis garment is made exclusively to your personal measurements and specifications, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchase under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@rueduparadislingerie.com with your order number.

If you received a defective or incorrect garment, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund within 2 years of purchase regardless of the above.
