Also, if you look closely at the images for each design, you will notice that sometimes, the designs adjust to the needs of your body (for instance: a bigger chest may need more support on the sides than a smaller chest).

We have been developing our made-to-measure technique consistently since 2019. We first started online, then opened a brick-and-mortar store in Brooklyn, that we operated for 3.5 years before closing it to focus on our online presence. These workshops were an incredible experience not only on the human level but also in terms of brand development and immense brand visibility. Because we created quite the buzz with these workshops, we reached an incredibly wide audience and were able to perfect our measurement taking and pattern construction technique. Due to substantial demand for our workshops, we developed a way for our workshop customers to take their own measurements from the comfort of their homes, so that we would have the measurements ahead of time and prepare their made-to-measure patterns for the day of the workshop. We were able to see how great our customers were doing in taking their measurements themselves, because we would fit them at the end of each workshop, to make sure all was fitting correctly. It is this online measurement taking approach that we bring to you here. It has been tested and vetted and we cannot wait for you to be part of it as well.

Every piece in our collection is sewn only when an order is placed, based on each individual customer’s unique measurements. Once you purchase, you will receive a link to submit your measurements. We need to receive these measurements within 30 days of purchase. We then cut and sew your garment to fit your body precisely. No struggle to find a fitting bra anymore. Asymmetry? That is normal and we naturally take it into account.

We prepared lace and lining sample sets that you can order to see and feel the materials against your own skin, with a short video on how to test them. The small fee will be deducted from your order.

After you order, we send a simple form and a video that guides you through every step. You'll need about fifteen minutes, a little privacy, and a measuring tape in centimeters. That's all.

Because each piece is made uniquely to your measurements, it can't be resold or reused, so we're unable to take returns. This is exactly why your fitting session matters — we don't consider the work finished until it fits you beautifully.

A personal, online session where we look at your piece on you and make sure the fit is everything you hoped for. If anything needs adjusting, we discuss it then — alterations are complimentary within the window.

Then we make it right. If alterations are needed, you ship the piece back (we cover the cost), we adjust it, and send it home to you — followed by another complimentary fitting to be sure.

Because each piece is sewn by hand, just for you, it takes time. We'll keep you informed, and you'll get a notification the moment your piece ships.

Once we ship your item, we will send you a link to schedule your fitting session. Alterations are complimentary if scheduled within the required window.

We use French lace. The origin of the linings can vary. Most our pieces are stretch and contain polyester.
