Return Policy

We want to get your order right. If you receive your lingerie and it doesn't work for you, let us know via email. Returns and exchanges are on a case by case basis, depending on the issue. If the issue is related to fit, or you didn’t receive what you ordered, we will arrange the return. Because pieces are made to measure for you, we do not accept returns under other circumstances.

Returns are accepted on the following items:

Within 30 days of receipt.
Never worn, altered or washed.
Bottoms have been tried on over your own.
With all tags and shields attached.
In their original packaging.

How to make a Return

Please follow these steps to return your Rue du Paradis item:

Send an email to fanny@rueduparadislingerie.com explaining your issue. We will sort it out together.
Once sorted out, please follow the instructions in our email exchanges.
Carefully pack up the items you're returning in the original packaging to keep them safe in transit.
Ship the item to us.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and for us to start working on your replacement item/a refund. We'll let you know via e-mail once your new item has been shipped or your refund has been processed.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, our standard return policy still applies. In case of a refund, the amount can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Gift cards expire after one year.
