Return Policy

If your lingerie isn’t the bespoke cocoon you ordered, please reach out to us via email within 30 days of receipt. We would love to hear exactly what doesn’t fit and why. If you want us to call you, please state so and we will arrange for it. Once we understand what went wrong, we will then ask you to return your custom made lingerie via simple mail (return receipt requested) and will start working on your new piece. If, in a catastrophic turn of events (!) this piece does not fit either, we will ask you to return the item and either issue you a refund or work on a third one. Up to you at this point. If it turns out that the issue is a result of a gross mistake in the taking of your measurements (mostly because our lovely instructions were not followed), we may, at our sole discretion, decide not to manufacture a new one for you and not issue a refund either. But that’s more of an extreme circumstance. We’re sure you understand why.

Returns are accepted on the following items:

  • Within 30 days of receipt.
  • That have not been worn, altered or washed.
  • Bottoms have been tried on over your own. 
  • With all tags and shields attached.
  • In their original packaging.

How to make a Return

Please follow these steps to return your Rue du Paradis item:

  1. Send an email to fanny@rueduparadislingerie.com explaining your issue. We will sort it out together.
  2. Once sorted out, please follow the instructions in our email exchanges.
  3. Carefully pack up the items you're returning in the original packaging to keep them safe in transit.
  4. Ship the item to us.

Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and for us to start working on your replacement item/a refund. We'll let you know via e-mail once your new item has been shipped or your refund has been processed.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, our standard return policy still applies. In case of a refund, the amount can only be refunded to the original purchaser.
